"May I look at this?"
Mite mo ii desu ka? ?????????
"Is this ok?"
Kore de ii desu ka? ?????????

Also the grammar explanations are in the end although this is actually a pretty well done Yan clip (it actually uses the grammar in question more than once).

(the question marks should be the same in Japanese. Looks like this site doesn't support hiragana/kanjis)
